Job Title: Architectural Coordination Specialist

About the Role:
The Architectural Coordination Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective coordination of architectural designs and specifications for projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and coordination, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage architectural design and coordination activities for projects
- Ensure compliance with architectural design standards and codes
- Collaborate with project teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective coordination of architectural drawings and specifications
- Review architectural drawings and documents for accuracy and completeness
- Resolve design conflicts and issues through effective communication and problem-solving skills

Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural coordination
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software
- Knowledgeable and understanding of specifications and drawings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
