Architectural Coordination Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Coordination Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating architectural works, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring design and submission processes meet authority and project requirements.

Job Description:

The successful applicant will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality architectural coordination services. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and supervising architectural works with internal teams, clients, consultants, and sub-contractors
  • Managing and monitoring architectural design submission schedules to meet project timelines
  • Ensuring all submissions meet the necessary authority and regulatory requirements

The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, applicants must have:

  • A recognized degree in Architecture or a related field
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience in architectural coordination
  • Strong understanding of local authority submission processes and construction workflows
