Architectural Design Specialist

Our organization is seeking an experienced Architectural Design Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and practice, with a focus on sustainable transport environments.
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out schematic design proposals, coordinating enhancement works for existing MRT station buildings and related infrastructure, and promoting quality architectural design. They will also prepare tender specifications, execute feasibility studies, liaise with consultants and contractors, and manage design and site activities.
We are looking for someone with a passion for design and problem-solving, who can work effectively in a multidisciplinary team. Experience in rail projects is an advantage, but not required.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Developing and implementing architectural design strategies that promote sustainability and efficiency
- Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery
- Preparing and presenting design concepts and proposals to clients and stakeholders
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives
