Job Opening:

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Specialist to lead our team.

  • Possess a recognised Architectural degree and preferably a Qualified Person registered with the relevant authorities.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in handling projects from concept to construction, demonstrating expertise in design, technical coordination, and site management.
  • Liaise with consultants to ensure seamless project execution, including collaboration on matters of design, technical coordination, and site issues.
  • Work closely with the project team to coordinate, organize, and prepare high-quality construction documents and drawings.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently or as part of a proactive team.
  • Familiarity with prevailing regulations and codes governing construction and architectural practice, ensuring compliance and risk management.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM knowledge is an advantage for effective project delivery.
