Job Title: Architectural Coordinator
Location: near Kent Ridge MRT
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
Roles and Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Coordinator to join our team. As an Architectural Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating architectural works, attending meetings, and verifying measurements.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Attending daily, consultant, technical, and safety meetings, including Toolbox and Taiso exercises;
- Coordinating and reviewing drawings, shop drawings, and sample submissions with consultants, architects, subcontractors, suppliers, and Building Management;
- Preparing agendas, minutes, daily reports, and safety reports; managing RFIs, RFMs, and RFAs;
- Handling internal authority submissions and inspections;
- Supporting AEI (Addition & Alteration) works;
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications and skills:
- Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related discipline;
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in architectural coordination works;
- Good knowledge of construction drawings, building codes, and site safety practices;
