Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and organized Architectural Coordinator to join our team. As an Architectural Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth progress of architectural works, from scheduling and material requisition to cost control and project supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with consultants, project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve construction problems and ensure timely completion.
  • Monitor progress, ensure compliance with codes and project requirements, and review drawings and specifications.
  • Lead architectural coordination meetings, attend site and coordination meetings, and conduct site inspections.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates and experienced professionals are welcome to apply.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore building codes and regulations is essential.
  • Experience in RI and TOP inspection procedure and documentation is desirable.
