We are currently seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Campaign Promoter. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting the SG Culture Pass campaign across various locations in Singapore.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as basic digital literacy and familiarity with mobile applications. They should be able to work independently on an ad-hoc basis, following assigned centre operating hours. This role requires flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to engage with the public and provide information about participating arts & heritage institutions and current exhibitions/programmes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Promote the Campaign: Engage with members of the public to promote the campaign and assist users in navigating the redemption process.
  2. Provide Information: Offer detailed information about participating institutions and current exhibitions/programmes.
  3. Collect Feedback: Collect user feedback and report common issues to improve the overall experience.
