Roles & Responsibilities

**Responsibilities**:

- In charge of daily operational work, including but not limited to content/user/campaign/data operation
- Use campaigns/ promotions/ content to attract more users, work closely with product/tech team to optimize the user experience based on campaign results and data
- Participate in internal across-department coordination (risk control/ finance/ compliance/ PR/ marketing departments)
- Participate in external communication, to maintain a good cooperative relationship with vendors and partners
- Have user-focused motivation, listen to users' demands and solve their problems
**Job requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing or related fields with at least 3 years of relevant experience in Fintech industry
- Good English reading/writing/listening/speaking skills
- Good learning ability and execution ability
- Good data perception, able to draw trend summaries from large amounts of data
