Job Opportunity

The role of Advertising & Promotions Executive revolves around driving foot traffic and enhancing brand visibility through creative campaigns and events, while fostering strong relationships with tenants and ensuring seamless mall operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Development: Design, plan, and execute promotional activities and events that boost mall appeal and attract customers.
  • Space Promotion and Licensing: Market the mall's advertising and promotional spaces to generate revenue, manage inquiries, and maintain accurate booking records.
  • Marketing Support: Develop content for digital kiosks, the mall's website, and social media platforms, while supporting tenant advertising initiatives and collaborating with agencies and vendors.
  • Customer Service & Operations: Lead the customer service team, handle shopper and tenant inquiries, and manage day-to-day operations related to marketing and service excellence.
  • Reporting & Budgeting: Prepare monthly reports on A&P activities.
Requirements:
  • A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, who enjoys working collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders.
  • Experienced with at least 2 years in a shopping mall, retail, ad agency, or event management environment, and able to drive marketing strategies that enhance the mall's brand and generate revenue.
  • A diploma holder in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a relevant discipline.
  • Able to juggle multiple tasks under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.
