About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Campaign Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive growth for our core business.

  1. The ideal candidate will have experience in full campaign execution, including strategy development, planning, and execution.
  2. They will work closely with the Head of Marketing to develop marketing and growth strategies focused on promotional and discounting marketing.
  3. The Senior Campaign Manager will be responsible for building a marketing calendar, leading and executing marketing campaigns to drive growth for our business.

The role will focus heavily on end-to-end promotional strategies and campaigns, involving various categories of brands from small to medium brands, hawkers to QSRs, come up with promotional mechanics and campaign themes leveraging market and key sales trends using in-app promotional programs to generate demands, while delivering other cross-functional commitments such as monetization of marketing assets, partnerships with key brands, etc.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive growth for our core business.
  • Build a marketing calendar and lead and execute marketing campaigns to drive growth for our business.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Come up with promotional mechanics and campaign themes leveraging market and key sales trends using in-app promotional programs to generate demands.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on campaign performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing with a focus on campaign management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
