Role Summary:

\

You will be working in a GMP-certified environment, responsible for the preparation of sterile and non-sterile pharmaceutical products for patients.

\

Key Responsibilities Include:

\
  • Verifying formulations for preparation
  • Reconciling preparation steps
  • Checking and releasing prepared products with appropriate documentation
\

You Will Also Participate In Quality Assurance Activities To Ensure The Cleanroom Facility And Processes Fulfill Gmp Requirements.

\

Additionally, You Will Be Involved In Staff Training In Areas Such As Cleanroom Practice, Quality Assurance, Aseptic Dispensing Techniques, And Maintenance Of Facilities/Equipment To Ensure The Safety And Quality Of Products Prepared.

\

As Part Of A Multidisciplinary Team, You Will Promote The Maintenance And/or Restoration Of Optimal Nutrition Status Through The Design And Modification Of Individualized Treatment Plans.

\

You Will Provide Direct Patient Care, Including Patient Assessment, Formulation Of Feeding Regimens, Clinical Monitoring, And Identification Of Drug-nutrient Interactions.

\

This Includes Active Participation In Regular Inpatient Clinical Rounds And/or Ambulatory Care Clinics.

\

You Will Communicate Timely And Accurate Drug Information And Provide Education To Patients, Students, And Fellow Healthcare Workers On Matters Pertaining To Safe And Effective Medication Use.

\

Your Research Efforts In Clinical And/or Translational Areas Will Advance The Knowledge Base In Your Specialty Area.

\

Professional Qualifications Include Eligibility For Registration With The Singapore Pharmacy Council And Attainment Of Us Board Certification In Nutrition Support And Privileging Rights To Prescribe Total Parenteral Nutrition In The Hospital.
