Job Title: Sterile Packaging Specialist

This role involves performing sterile packaging and preparation of sterile components in accordance with regulatory and company guidelines. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing packaging and labeling for finished products, adhering to strict quality, regulatory, SOP, and work order standards.

  • Perform line clearance, verifying all valve serial numbers against the work order being executed.
  • Label and package valves per model requirements for commercial, clinical, and product returns.
  • Register each valve serial number into Wave Mark (inventory control system) for each work order processed.
Responsibilities:

The job requires the following responsibilities:

  • Review and follow established work instructions and adhere to SOPs.
  • Issue components in JDE and record traceable information on device history records.
  • Sign off on work orders.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

  • Secondary education with previous GMP, clean room, medical device experience preferred.
  • No previous related experience required, but basic understanding of manufacturing procedures is essential.
  • Basic computer skills with ability to process JDE transactions.
  • Ability to perform sterilize packaging and preparation of sterile components.
  • Proven ability to complete, retain, and incorporate training coursework in the performance of new and advanced work procedures.
  • Able to read, comprehend, and speak English with good communication skills.
  • Must be able to work with minimum supervision by following detailed manufacturing instructions.
  • Work in a team environment, primarily working with colleagues and supervisor in a team setting.
  • Ability to effectively provide and accept feedback from colleagues based on sequential work reviews.
  • Adhere to all company rules and requirements, taking adequate control measures to prevent injuries to themselves and others, as well as protecting the environment and preventing pollution under their span of influence/control.
