Job Overview

BTI Executive Search is seeking a skilled Case Manager to manage the end-to-end process of insurance applications. This role involves liaising with various stakeholders to ensure seamless case processing and maintaining accurate records.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Managing the case submission process and ensuring all necessary documentation is complete.
  2. Collaborating with financial advisors, underwriters, and insurers to facilitate effective case processing.
  3. Tracking application statuses and providing timely updates to stakeholders.
  4. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  5. Resolving escalations and addressing outstanding requirements to meet service level agreements.
  6. Maintaining and updating records in the system for accurate reporting and documentation.
  7. Providing operational support in case escalations, policy servicing, and claims processes.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years' experience in case management, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • A strong organizational skillset and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Relevant qualifications such as CMFAS Module 5, 9, 9A, and HI would be beneficial.
