**Executive - Human Resources & Administration Job Opportunity**

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in human resources, administration, and related fields. We are looking for a highly organized individual who can manage multiple tasks and responsibilities with ease.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a team environment. Key qualities include:

  • Minimum N-levels or equivalent qualifications
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of working experience in a related field
  • Foreign Manpower full spectrum, Recruitment, Payroll Processing, HRIS, Admin duties, General HR duties
  • Specialized in Human Resources or equivalent

In addition to the above, the successful candidate will be responsible for handling all tasks related to work permit/pass applications and other processes, liaising with agencies, maintaining accurate records of system maintenance for employees (HRIS), filing and clerical duties, managing dormitory administration and staff welfare, providing administrative support, and handling PPE-related matters.
