We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for driving customer success and retention by building strong relationships with our customers.

You will have a proven track record of managing complex customer relationships, negotiating contracts, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your expertise in customer-facing roles, particularly in CX or Operational Leadership, will enable you to effectively communicate the value of our software solutions to customers.
