Main Responsibilities
You will be responsible for driving store sales performance, processing payments, exchanges, and returns using our POS system. You will also receive and process new stock, replenishments, returns, damages, and transfers, as well as support all stocktake exercises.
Our ideal candidate is a customer experience champion who can provide seamless shopping experiences, ensure merchandise availability, and prepare a clean shopping environment. You will communicate promotions and offers to customers and promote first-class service excellence at all times.
Requirements
This role requires 44 hours per week, working 5 days a rostered week with flexibility for opening and closing shifts. All staff must be open to working weekends and public holidays.
