HR Shared Services Operations Manager

The candidate will play a pivotal role within the HR Shared Services team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR services across various domains. The position entails managing and executing HR activities within the HR Shared Services framework.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries directed to the HR shared services team.
  • Administer a range of HR services including leave administration and employee data management.
  • Process HR-related documentation such as employment contracts and certification.
  • Manage end-to-end Singapore Nursing Board process including working with agencies and liaising with Business Units.
  • Maintain and update HR databases including employee records and documentation.
  • Liaise with statutory agencies on work pass applications and renewals.
  • Provide guidance on HR shared services and offer support to team members.
  • Cover for team lead when absent ensuring business continuity.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Human Resource or Business-related discipline.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant preferably in HR or shared services environment.
  • Experience in managing SNB process is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SuccessFactors.
