HR Shared Services Executive

The candidate will play a pivotal role within the HR Shared Services (HRSS) team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR services across various Shared Services domains. This position entails managing and executing HR activities within the HR Shared Services framework. The successful candidate will join our expanding Group HR Shared Services (HRSS) team to provide an employee-centric experience to diverse stakeholders within NHG.
Areas of Responsibility
Act as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries directed to the HR shared services team.
Administer a range of HR services including but not limited to leave administration and employee data management.
Process HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts and employment certification.
Manage end to end Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) process including working with employment agencies, registration/annual license renewal and liaising with Business Units.
Maintain and update HR databases, including employee records and documentation.
Liaise with statutory agencies/governing bodies on the application, renewal, and cancellation of all work passes.
Act as a subject matter expert on HR shared services, offering guidance in assigned areas of responsibility.
Provide guidance to team members on key HRSS in-scope services.
Cover for team lead when he/she is away, ensuring business as usual (BAU).
Collaborate with other HR teams to support and improve service delivery.
Assist in special HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Be a key team member in the HRSS expansion project.
Job Requirements
Education/Training/Experience
Diploma in Human Resource or Business-related discipline.
Proven experience as an executive assistant, preferably in an HR or shared services environment will be an advantage.
Experience in managing Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) process will be an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SuccessFactors.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
