Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with experience in Human Resources to join our team at Full Smart Technology PTE. LTD.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR department, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee record management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily administrative tasks and office operations
  • Support HR functions, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee record management
  • Organize and maintain files, documentation, and office supplies
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Support various projects and contribute innovative ideas to improve efficiency
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized office environment

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Recent graduates with strong organizational skills and innovative thinking are encouraged to apply
  • Previous experience in a human resources role is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR software
  • Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail

Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per annum
