Job Title: Administrative Professional with HR Support
Estimated Salary: SGD 38,000 - 45,000 per annum
About the Job
- To provide administrative support to our team members and manage various tasks including document management and staff training.
- To handle recruitment activities including interview arrangements and assist in employee onboarding process.
- To maintain accurate records of personnel files and ensure data integrity.
- To manage CRM systems and other software applications for efficient operation.
- To perform various administrative duties such as invoicing, preparing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
- To provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative or HR role preferably within the professional services industry.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other software applications is essential.
- Able to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Continuous learning attitude with ability to adapt to new technologies and procedures.
