Job Title: Administrative Professional with HR Support

Estimated Salary: SGD 38,000 - 45,000 per annum

About the Job

  • To provide administrative support to our team members and manage various tasks including document management and staff training.
  • To handle recruitment activities including interview arrangements and assist in employee onboarding process.
  • To maintain accurate records of personnel files and ensure data integrity.
  • To manage CRM systems and other software applications for efficient operation.
  • To perform various administrative duties such as invoicing, preparing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
  • To provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative or HR role preferably within the professional services industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other software applications is essential.
  • Able to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Continuous learning attitude with ability to adapt to new technologies and procedures.
