At Recruit Express Pte Ltd, we are seeking an experienced HR Administrative Support professional to join our team on a fixed-term basis for 3 months. As an HR Administrative Support, you will provide secretarial support to our VP (HR/Admin) and assist with various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide secretarial support to VP (HR/Admin)
• Verify and approve claims via the Workday system for employees
• Consolidate staff reimbursement for bank credit
• Provide admin support: update expenses incurred for fruits and drinks and any other events, update 3RP points, produce visa letters, and administer support for projects
