The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Operations and Administrative Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

This key position plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and maximum client satisfaction.

  • Coordinate with Sales & Marketing Department to prepare quotations, fostering strong relationships with clients and driving business growth.
  • Involved in project delivery by receiving clients' purchase orders, issuing delivery orders and return forms, arranging for equipment testing/certificates and maintenance; responding to clients' requests where necessary, thereby ensuring seamless operations and exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Responsible for preparation of delivery orders, progress claims, and invoices, verifying details with clients to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Monitor clients' payment status and finalize project accounts for completed projects, maintaining a high level of financial accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain and organize important corporate documents, contracts, and records relating to equipment, operations, and corporate compliance documentation.
  • Manage and keep records of company's assets within the internal system, ensuring data integrity and security.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of clerical administration experience, preferably in a similar field.
  • Minimum GCE O level/ NITEC graduate or administrative field qualifications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word etc., with excellent technical skills and attention to detail.
  • Possession of Autocad drafting skills is highly desirable.

Salary:

This role comes with a competitive salary range of SGD $2,200 - $2,400 per month.
