
Customer Service Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of a Customer Service Support Specialist.
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide exceptional customer service, handle inquiries via email and live chat, and escalate issues in a timely and professional manner.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat.
- Handle escalation and provide appropriate solutions within company guidelines.
- Validate business programs, orders, and contracts through email requests.
- Review agreements and orders to ensure all legal requirements are met.
- Ensure regular updates to customers' queries and solve within stipulated timelines.
Requirements:
- Diploma in any field.
- Hold JLPT N2 or N1 certification for effective communication with Japanese stakeholders.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but open to fresh graduates.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Team player able to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills are required.
- Able to perform overtime when needed.
