Job Title: Customer Service Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of a Customer Service Support Specialist.

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide exceptional customer service, handle inquiries via email and live chat, and escalate issues in a timely and professional manner.

The key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat.
  • Handle escalation and provide appropriate solutions within company guidelines.
  • Validate business programs, orders, and contracts through email requests.
  • Review agreements and orders to ensure all legal requirements are met.
  • Ensure regular updates to customers' queries and solve within stipulated timelines.

Requirements:
  • Diploma in any field.
  • Hold JLPT N2 or N1 certification for effective communication with Japanese stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but open to fresh graduates.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Team player able to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills are required.
  • Able to perform overtime when needed.
