We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Sales Strategy and Enablement Executive.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in Sales and Partner Management.
Your Key Tasks
- Work collaboratively with regional business and channel leaders to ensure alignment on key partner priorities, strategies, and actions.
- Identify, recruit, and enable new partners to support Asia Pacific region growth strategies and objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Partners across the region.
- Lead and manage partner initiatives, architectural wins, and identify new strategies & incentives for field engagement and business success.
- Create and run a governance structure for pipeline creation, growth leading to wins.
- Act as a strategic advisor to Strategic Partners and FIS for overall management from onboarding, retention, and succession.
- Owning the partner sales quota for the Asia Pacific region.
- Drive top key deals with partners to deliver revenue impact to the business.
- Remove blockers and provide coaching on challenges.
- Contribute to a regional Strategic Partner business plan for alliance solutions and initiatives.
- Host regular progress meetings and quarterly business reviews for assigned Strategic Partners.
- Provide input into the Strategic Partner portfolio strategy and monthly operations reviews.
- Develop and execute Partner Marketing Plans.
- Establish a sound sales pipeline with the partner of potential sales opportunities in assigned territory.
- Promote the FIS brand in the region as well as through these partnerships.
Your Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales.
- Strong expertise in Partner Management.
- Direct Sales experience is highly valued.
