About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled GTM Enablement Manager to join our team at Deel. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our sales methodology to enhance our sales team's effectiveness.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales methodology tailored to our SaaS offerings and diverse global markets.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for AEs and SDRs, focusing on skill enhancement and competency development in line with the chosen methodologies.
  • Establish robust reporting systems to track the effectiveness of the sales methodologies. Analyze sales performance data to identify improvements and report on key metrics.
  • Regularly review and update the sales methodologies and training programs based on evolving business needs, market trends, and feedback from the sales team.
  • Contribute to the development and upskilling of our Sales teams, including design, delivery, and continuous improvement of programs that improve sales competencies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts across the business and content development colleagues to achieve the methodology goals.
Requirements
  • 3+ years in an enablement, program management role or in relevant areas such as learning and development.
  • Deep knowledge of the Sandler and/OR MEDDICC sales methodologies.
  • Keen understanding of the sales audience - minimum two years experience working in a revenue generating or impacting role.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.
  • Results-driven and entrepreneurial, ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Outstanding organizational and project management skills, able to prioritize and balance dynamic and conflicting demands under the pressure of deadlines.
  • Can coach and provide feedback to team members, collaborators, and stakeholders.
  • Can work independently as a thought leader with a high level of situational awareness, uses own initiative to identify and solve problem.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, can quickly build rapport and trust with others and motivate them.
