We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Key Account Manager to drive business growth and profitability for our NVO (Non-Vessel Operating) key accounts.

This role will be responsible for achieving key performance indicators related to TEUs and contribution margin, maximizing returns across multiple trade lanes, and contributing to the expansion of our business.

Job Overview
  • Orientate business volume and profitability for NVO key accounts.
  • Achieve KPIs in both TEUs and contribution margin.
  • Maximize returns in both multiple trade lanes and contributions.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to stimulate revenue growth.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to enhance customer experiences.
  • Maintain quality business information in CRM for analytics on business KPIs such as volume, revenue, conversion rate, etc.
  • Develop customer segmentation strategies to augment corporate portfolio compatibility.
  • Promote e-commerce and digital solutions.
Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Maritime Studies/Shipping-related disciplines.
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience in container shipping or forwarding industries.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and experience with CRM tools.
  • Knowledge in Google suite apps is advantageous.
