1. Marketing Strategy:

2. Network and Partnership:

- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., tax, advisory) to cross-sell services.

3. Client Relationship Management:

- Manage existing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.

4. Performance Monitoring:

- Track and report business development metrics (e.g., pipeline growth, conversion rates).
- Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

Job Requirement

1. 3+ years of business development experience in professional services (audit, tax, advisory).

2. Strong network in Singapore's business community.

3. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

4. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

5. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
