Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Theatre Performance Director to lead our team of performers in delivering exceptional stage experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating rehearsals, arranging performances, and working closely with performers to fine-tune their acts.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule all on-stage performances, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results;
- Coordinate rehearsals and collaborate with performers to achieve optimal performance standards;
- Monitor and update weekly performance routines to maintain consistency and excellence;
- Assist performers in selecting the most suitable performances for maximum impact;
- Maintain accurate records of performer administration, including reporting to management;
- Manage staff and assist management in resolving issues related to performers;
- Attend monthly meetings to discuss stage performance matters.
Requirements:
- Effective communication skills to engage with staff and performers from diverse backgrounds;
- A minimum of 3-4 years' experience as a Performing Artiste Manager or related role;
- Ability to communicate effectively with performers;
- Familiarity with Mandarin Pop, Jpop, or Kpop is advantageous;
- Strong stage presence and experience.
