Job Title: Theatre Performance Director

We are seeking a seasoned Stage Experience Leader to spearhead our ensemble of performers in delivering exceptional live shows. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating rehearsals, scheduling performances, and collaborating closely with artists to refine their acts.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and schedule on-stage performances, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results;
  • Coordinate rehearsals and work with performers to achieve optimal performance standards;
  • Monitor and update weekly performance routines to maintain consistency and excellence;
  • Assist artists in selecting the most suitable performances for maximum impact;
  • Maintain accurate records of performer administration, including reporting to management;
  • Manage staff and assist management in resolving issues related to performers;
  • Attend monthly meetings to discuss stage performance matters.

Requirements:

  • Effective communication skills to engage with staff and performers from diverse backgrounds;
  • A minimum of 3-4 years' experience as a Performing Artiste Manager or related role;
  • Ability to communicate effectively with performers;
  • Familiarity with Mandarin Pop, Jpop, or Kpop is advantageous;
  • Strong stage presence and experience.
