Are you a highly motivated and experienced nurse leader looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a skilled Operating Theatre Nurse Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth and effective operations of the operating theatre, ensuring that all patients receive high-quality care. This will involve overseeing the department's daily activities, managing staff, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the operating theatre, including managing staff, resources, and budgets.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high standards of patient care and safety.
- Lead and motivate a team of nursing staff to provide excellent patient care.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Contribute to the development of the operating theatre's strategic plan and objectives.
- Advanced Diploma/Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- At least 10 years of post-graduate clinical experience in the Operating Theatre with minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
