About the Role:
The job scope for this position includes preparation and rehearsal, live performances, collaboration with directors and choreographers, skill improvement through practice and training, creative contribution to performance development, professionalism on stage and off, schedule adherence, audience engagement, and representation of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation and Rehearsal: Prepare and rehearse for performances in alignment with artistic direction.
  • Live Performances: Perform in front of live audiences in various settings.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with directors, choreographers, and other artists to perfect and deliver compelling performances.
  • Skill Improvement: Continuously improve craft through practice, training, and constructive feedback.
  • Creative Contribution: Contribute creatively to the development of performances, offering ideas and suggestions for artistic direction.
  • Professionalism: Maintain a professional attitude and presence both on stage and off stage.
  • Schedule Adherence: Adhere to performance schedules, rehearsals, and performance dates.
  • Audience Engagement: Engage with audiences in a manner that reflects the vision and style of the performance.
  • Representation: Represent the organization in a positive and professional manner at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills, be able to multitask, have strong communication skills, and be proficient in theatre and vocal performance. Additionally, the candidate should have experience working under pressure and have good customer service skills.
