Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and creative performer to join our team. As a theatre performer, you will have the opportunity to showcase your talents in front of live audiences.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Performing on stage in front of live audiences
  • Expressing emotion and presenting ideas through body movement, spoken language, facial expression, and action
  • Attending rehearsals and collaborating with other performers
  • Working with the director to refine your performance
  • Arranging for equipment and props to arrive at performances
  • Receiving feedback from directors and incorporating it into your work
  • Memorizing lines or musical notes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Talent and creativity - able to connect with various audiences through rhythm and melody
  • Knowledge - able to sing many songs to entertain audiences
  • Effective communication - able to communicate well with audiences and colleagues
  • Dance ability - able to dance well on stage
  • Flexibility - able to work weekends and public holidays
