Strategic Partnerships and Disability Inclusion Specialist

This is an exceptional opportunity to join our team as a Strategic Partnerships and Disability Inclusion Specialist, where you will play a pivotal role in establishing strategic partnerships with organizations committed to disability inclusion.

As part of this role, you will work closely with internal teams to develop and manage local and international partnerships, identifying opportunities for collaboration and driving the organization's efforts to promote disability-inclusive practices beyond social services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and refining the overall strategy and sector-specific roadmaps in collaboration with the team, as well as supporting business development and promotion of initiatives that support organizations in becoming more disability-inclusive in their products and services through training and accessibility consultancy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate partners, NGOs, and government agencies
  • Develop and implement partnership strategies to drive organizational goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for partnership development and management
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing meeting materials, and minute-taking
  • Represent the organization at partnership-related events and conferences

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business development, corporate relations, partnership development, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Demonstrable ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and negotiate partnerships that align with organizational goals
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to perform data analytics
