EdTech Manager for NIE

The EdTech Manager for NIE will be responsible for leading evidence-based innovation in teaching and learning within NIE. The appointee will manage and operate the Learning Strategies Team, keep up-to-date with learning sciences and innovative teaching and learning practices, and collaborate with faculties to design and develop blended learning experiences. To succeed in this role, you will need to have a university degree in instructional design, education or learning sciences and technologies, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design, teaching and learning within a higher educational setting, and a minimum of 3 years of managerial experience.
Your Skills
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate expertise in applying adult learning theories in the design of blended learning experiences, possess good analytical skills to facilitate data-driven decision-making, and have strong research skills, written, verbal, and presentation skills. Additionally, they should have strong knowledge of emerging educational technologies and excellent time management skills to meet multiple deadlines simultaneously.
