The Executive Chinese cuisine Specialist at HENG SHUN YUAN PTE. LTD. is responsible for overseeing the kitchen's operation, controlling food cost, quality, and portion control.

About this role:

You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure that food is prepared and presented to a high standard. You will also be responsible for maintaining good relationships with customers and ensuring that their needs are met.
Requirements:
- Degree in Culinary Arts or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in a senior role in a leading restaurant
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality food and exceptional customer service
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
