This Is An IT Support Group is seeking an experienced professional to handle National Service administrative matters pertaining to call-up and succession planning. The selected candidate will be part of our team, supporting various stakeholders such as unit commanders and external agencies.
Responsibilities
- Support Brigade for Succession Planning
- Support the conduct of NS Recommending board
- Support the appraisal process for NSmen during In-Camp Training (ICT)
- Support nomination of NS courses
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in Human Resource (HR) and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Experience with SAP is advantageous, but not required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this position.
