Senior Community Outreach Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Community Outreach Coordinator to lead our community outreach efforts.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in community engagement, volunteer management, and fundraising. They will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to engage with the community, build relationships with key stakeholders, and secure funding for our programs.

About the Role:
  • Lead community outreach efforts, including developing and implementing strategies to engage with the community
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate partners, community groups, and government agencies
  • Secure funding for our programs through grant writing, fundraising events, and corporate partnerships
  • Develop and manage budgets, reports, and other financial documents
  • Supervise and support a team of outreach coordinators, providing guidance and coaching as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as social work, business administration, or communications
  • At least 5 years of experience in community outreach, volunteer management, and fundraising
  • Proven track record of success in securing funding and building relationships with key stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
