In this role, you will oversee the recruitment, training and retention of volunteers, as well as supervise and motivate them to engage older adults through house visits and community events.

You will also be responsible for building relationships with local community stakeholders and partners, including Regional Health Systems, to identify opportunities for collaboration that align with our divisional work-plan.

Additionally, you will organise and support local community pilots, including review and evaluation, to achieve better social-health outcomes for older adults.

We are looking for someone with a degree in any discipline, healthcare, social work or counselling related field, who has at least 2 years of relevant experience. Passion in communication or outreach work on public policies is essential, as is strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
