Job Title: Community Outreach Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Outreach Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our outreach program, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective community outreach strategies to engage with local residents, promote our services, and build strong relationships with community partners.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social work, youth development, or a related field, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for conducting needs assessments, identifying opportunities for collaboration, and coordinating outreach activities that align with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement community outreach plans to promote our services and build partnerships with local organizations.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify areas of need and opportunity for collaboration.
  • Coordinate outreach activities, including events, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and residents.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of outreach efforts and make recommendations for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Youth Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in community outreach, social work, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
