We are seeking a highly motivated Revenue Management Section Manager to join our team.
You will be responsible for the development and implementation of revenue management strategies and tactics for a given set of routes/markets and inventory control measures.
Responsibilities:- Assess and segment demand based on market conditions to optimize capacity utilization and revenue generation.
- Maximize revenue by managing inventory and seat availability across all routes and connecting itineraries originating from the assigned point of origin/commencement.
- Identify opportunities to stimulate incremental traffic and optimize load factors through demand forecasting and capacity adjustments.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor performance, and booking patterns to inform revenue management strategies.
- Collaborate closely with revenue analysts, overseas managers, and market contacts to identify revenue opportunities and implement timely actions to maximize network performance.
- Monitor and validate the accuracy of demand forecasts and competitive data inputs to support optimal decision-making.
- Degree with a numerical discipline.
- 6-8 years of experience in a similar role and 3-5 years experience leading a team would be an advantage.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with commercial acumen.
- High level of accuracy and detail.
- Strategic outlook and understanding.
- Excellent communication skills and experience in working with people at all levels.
- Able to create and maintain strong internal and external networks.
- Able to handle simultaneous projects and adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Mid-Senior level position with opportunities for career growth.
- Full-time employment with a dynamic and supportive team.
- Airlines and Aviation industry experience preferred.
