Job Opportunity: Marketing Communications Leader

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a seasoned marketing communications professional to drive shopper traffic and spend at our shopping mall.

  • The ideal candidate will develop and execute a robust marketing communications plan, enhance customer experience through mall-wide campaigns and events, and manage revenue for advertising sites and event spaces.

  • This is a leadership role that requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing communications plan to drive shopper traffic and spend.

  • Enhance customer experience through targeted campaigns and events.

  • Manage and drive revenue for advertising sites and event spaces.

  • Solicit sponsorships and joint partnerships for marketing promotions and events.

  • Liaise with creative agencies, media, contractors, and event companies to ensure successful project execution.

  • Oversee the concierge team to maintain service standards.

  • Manage marketing budgets and prepare monthly reports.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing or Mass Communication or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in A&P in retail environment.

  • Experience in shopping malls, social media platforms, and digital marketing preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Creative, resourceful, meticulous, and able to multitask.

  • Able to work on weekends when needed.
