Job Opportunity: Advertising and Promotions Executive

As a key member of the mall’s management team, you will be responsible for driving footfall and brand awareness through creative campaigns and events.

This dynamic role offers a unique chance to collaborate with various stakeholders, handle marketing efforts, and oversee customer service to create a seamless shopping experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and at least 2 years of experience in a shopping mall, retail, ad agency, or event management environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Campaign Management: Conceptualize, plan, and execute promotional activities and events that boost mall visibility and attract shoppers.
  • Space Promotion and Licensing: Market the mall's advertising and promotional spaces to generate revenue, manage enquiries, and maintain accurate booking records.
  • Marketing Support: Develop content for digital kiosks, the mall’s website, and social media platforms, while supporting tenant advertising initiatives and liaising with agencies and vendors.
  • Customer Service & Operations: Lead the customer service team, handle shopper and tenant inquiries, and manage day-to-day operations related to marketing and service excellence.
  • Reporting: Prepare monthly reports on A&P activities.
