Maintenance Technician for Shopping Malls

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team in the Engineering Services department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building services (M&E) and be proficient in performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting, and repairs of mechanical and electrical installations.

The successful applicant will work closely with our contractors to ensure smooth operation, maintenance, and repair works within the shopping mall. They will also be responsible for ensuring workplace safety through supervision and safety compliance, as well as attending to ad hoc duties assigned by management.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional maintenance services and contributing to the success of our team.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail mall, office, or hotel settings with knowledge of building services (M&E).
  • Nitec in Facility Management or relevant courses, preferably in mechanical or electrical services.
  • Basic MS Office skills.
  • Good understanding of maintenance procedures.
  • Effective problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.
