Property Manager

Supervise a team of property officers, technicians and admin personnel on daily works carried out in few shopping malls around West and North-West and overseeing their daily operations.
- Liaise with and supervise contractors, recommend and implement improvement works, attend to feedback, complaints and services requested by the clients.
- Handle matters relating to tenancy and lease management, advertising and promotions management etc.
- Any other duties are assigned by the Supervisor.
- Working Hours : 8.30 am to 6 pm (Mon to Fri)
**Job Requirements**
- Minimum Degree in Real Estate for Business/Facilities Management for Business/ Building Services Engineering/Project and Facilities Management or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ of relevant working experience in leading a team in managing commercial properties or in the alternative, at least 10 years of managerial experience in facilities management
- Possess Fire Safety Manager certification
- Pro-active, independent, able to work with mínimal supervision and perform under pressure
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Service orientated mindset
- Working location: West/ North
- Work hours: 5 days work week
- Able to start work within short notice is preferred.
