Overview:

  • We are seeking a skilled maintenance technician to fill this critical role.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs for mall facilities and systems.
  • Inspect and maintain M&E systems (aircon, electrical, plumbing, automation, fire protection, carpark).
  • Respond to tenant requests and breakdowns via the maintenance hotline.
  • Supervise contractors to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
  • Track rectification works and report progress to management.
  • Support energy-saving initiatives and monitor utility usage.
  • Assist with emergency drills and system tests.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and spare parts inventory.
Requirements:
  • Nitec in Electrical, Mechanical, Facility Technology, or Facility Management.
