Job Title: Mall Promotions Manager

Are you a skilled retail professional with experience in promotional activities and product management? Do you have a passion for creating engaging experiences that drive sales?

This role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and management of mall promotions across Singapore. You will work closely with suppliers, internal teams, and mall management to deliver high-quality events that meet our business objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong negotiation abilities, and effective communication skills. They should be able to multitask efficiently, manage competing priorities, and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities:
  1. Event Planning: Plan, organize, and execute 7–10 mall promotion events weekly.
  2. Inventory Management: Manage product allocation during promotions, maintain close communication with the warehouse to ensure sufficient stock levels at mall locations, and arrange timely replenishment from the warehouse to various malls based on sales data.
  3. Procurement and Supply Chain: Liaise with overseas suppliers, place orders, track shipments, and manage logistics to ensure timely delivery of goods to the Singapore warehouse.
  4. Market Analysis: Leverage in-depth knowledge of Singapore's major malls and their customer demographics to tailor product selection and promotional strategies for different venues (e.g., community malls, luxury malls, family-centric malls) to maximize sales.
  5. Reporting and Team Collaboration: Fulfill other assigned duties and provide regular performance reports and analysis to management.
Requirements:
  1. Eligibility: Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents, or foreign nationals who have resided continuously in Singapore for at least 5 years with a valid work pass.
  2. Education: Diploma or higher in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
  3. License Requirement: Must possess a valid Singapore Class 4 Driver's License and be able to drive independently for urgent replenishment and logistics tasks.
  4. Experience and Skills: Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, FMCG promotion management, or supply chain operations. Strong familiarity with Singapore's mall landscape. Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  5. Work Attitude: Responsible, results-driven, adaptable to a fast-paced retail environment, and willing to work overtime as required.
