Job Description \

As the Advertising & Promotions Executive, you will lead the A&P activities for a mall located in Singapore. Your primary responsibility will be to drive footfall and brand awareness through creative campaigns and events, while managing tenant relationships and ensuring smooth mall operations.

This is a dynamic role where you'll have the chance to collaborate with various stakeholders, handle marketing efforts, and oversee customer service to create a seamless shopping experience.

\

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and at least 2 years of experience in a shopping mall, retail, ad agency, or event management environment.

\

Key responsibilities include:

  • Campaign Management: Conceptualize, plan, and execute promotional activities and events that boost mall visibility and attract shoppers. \
  • Space Promotion and Licensing: Market the mall's advertising and promotional spaces to generate revenue, manage enquiries, and maintain accurate booking records. \
  • Marketing Support: Develop content for digital kiosks, the mall's website, and social media platforms, while supporting tenant advertising initiatives and liaising with agencies and vendors. \
  • Customer Service & Operations: Lead the customer service team, handle shopper and tenant inquiries, and manage day-to-day operations related to marketing and service excellence. \
  • Reporting: Prepare monthly reports on A&P activities. \\
