Job Opportunity in Commercial Leasing

This role is suitable for candidates looking to progress their careers further in the commercial leasing space.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Making proactive outreach efforts to establish relationships with potential tenants
  • Attending to all leasing inquiries, conducting site visits, and following up to bring prospective tenants to secure new leases
  • Securing new tenancies, renewing existing agreements, identifying market segments and prospects, and liaising with property agents as needed
  • Negotiating favorable lease agreements for new leases and renewals
  • Conducting thorough due diligence on potential tenants
  • Completing the marketing and lease documentation process up to signing of Tenancy Agreement
Key Requirements:
  • Possess a Degree/Diploma in Real Estate Management, Marketing, Business Administration (Marketing), or equivalent qualification
  • CEA Registration/Real Estate Degree or Diploma required
  • At least 2 years of experience in logistics management, operations, and business development. Strong negotiation skills essential
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team while also working independently as required on ad-hoc assignments
  • Good presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Fast learner, results-driven, market-focused, and possess a positive attitude
