Commercial Leasing Director

We are seeking a seasoned Leasing Professional to lead our commercial leasing team in executing strategic initiatives. This individual will be responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing rental yields, and ensuring high occupancy levels across our portfolio.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing leasing strategies to maximize returns on investment;
- Identifying new business opportunities and securing new tenants;
- Reviewing and recommending tenancy mixes and lease renewals;
- Conducting market research and benchmarking rental rates and occupancy costs;
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A diploma in real estate or a related field;
- At least 15 years of experience in commercial leasing;
- Proven success in marketing and leasing commercial properties;
