Leasing Professional
As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in formulating and executing leasing strategies to achieve optimal trade mix and tenancy profile.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement leasing plans to maximize returns and minimize risk.
- Manage all leasing matters, including handling enquiries, conducting site viewings, negotiating lease terms, and overseeing renewals and documentation.
- Prepare and update leasing-related marketing materials, circulars, and promotional collateral.
- Stay abreast of retail and commercial market trends to support decision-making and tenant targeting.
- Prepare annual budgets, leasing forecasts, and monthly performance reports; monitor and track leasing KPIs.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments such as marketing, property management, and finance to support tenant events, promotions, and business alignment.
- Build and maintain strong tenant relationships to ensure long-term partnerships and high occupancy rates.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or management.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing or related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in retail or commercial leasing.
- Good knowledge of the retail landscape and leasing best practices.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical, organized, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and lease documentation.
